This place has a really cosy and warm feel to it. The food is quite delicious and all the flavours are well-balanced. All the ingredients are locally sourced and very fresh. They also served us white and red wines which are all from Italy. This restaurant only accepts reservations, so make sure you make a booking before you go to avoid disappointment. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or a quiet family gathering.

As Stephan said, it is the kind of restaurant to relax and enjoy meal&wine as long as you’d like, so no cutting time. At the end, it was too comfortable(probably too full!) to get up. The volume of each plate is quite big from the beginning, so be ready for it. Don’t eat too much bread even tho its nice fresh baked! Lots of local tasty ingredients, specially shellfish and venison were very unique of Hokkaido!
