祖谷のかずら橋に行く途中に祖谷そばが食べたくて立ち寄りました。天ぷら蕎麦とっても美味しかったです。素材にも拘って作ってるのだろうな、と思いました。ゆず味噌こんにゃくも頼んでみました。田舎こんにゃくは弾力があり、味噌だれを絡めると口の中いっぱいに甘さが広がり、幸せな気分になりました。ここまで来ないと食べられない味。自然に囲まれ、なんだか豊かな気持ちになれました。ご馳走さまでした。😊

祖谷そばを味わえる。日曜日13時すぎに来店して間もなく売り切れするほどだった。店内も趣があり、良い。出汁がおいしい。ゆず味噌こんにゃくがおいしかった！

祖谷に来たら、やっぱり蕎麦が食べたいと思い見つけたお店がこちらです。祖谷そば山菜900円を頂きました。街のお店では山菜はあまり頼みませんが、自然豊かなこの土地に来ると自然と山菜が食べたくなりました。そばは、そば粉の量が多いのか短めでした。建物も雰囲気が良く旅の情緒を高めてくれました。ご馳走さまでした。
