Great little cafe!! Their "pizza" dough was some of the best GF bread I have had (I think it would work amazingly well as a doughnut bread!) Crispy, light, and fluffy! Even if you don't have an issue with Gluten, I recommend the gyoza and the fried chicken burger! Delicious!
Some small improvements that could be made:
~option for half sized desserts! I wanted to try them even though I was super full from the main meals (I tried to leave room for them too! But the plates are massive)
~music playing at the cafe instead of radio
~plain pizza dough with dipping sauce options (honestly it is so good on its own that it didnt need all of those toppings!
~ It would be absolutely awesome if the owner branded and sold their own bread mixes! I am sure they would fly off the shelves!!
~bigger sign outside!
I hope this cafe grows and gets a proper barista, seating area outdoors, and more! It is a great concept and the owner and chef definitely both care about their customers.
I'm so happy we found this place! After getting glutened a few times on this trip so far littlebird was my saviour! had a pizza, a karaage burger, gyoza and couldn't resist squeezing in a chocolate and banana crepe, which were all amazing! My husband doesn't have any issues with gluten so he's been eating alot of non gf gyoza on this trip and he said that the gf gyoza from littlebird are the best he's had! They also have dairy free food options. Service is very friendly and prices are very reasonable. We'll definitely be visiting this cafe again! Thanks littlebird for making my tummy smile
