Love this place, visited in 2017 and 2016, service is reliable, consistent and food & coffee IS excellant. My favourite coffee is their orange mocha - its the best in the world! Helpful reccomendations on what to visit in Kanazawa and how to get there. Last time we were going cycling and provided us the best sceanic way through the backstreets for our journey - so grateful. Easily the best coffee in Kanazawa, and also the friendliest, most helpful café owners in town! I also love the café’s fusion feel – a combination of old Kanazawa and Seattle. As for the menu, it has a little bit of everything, with items not to be found anywhere else in town (or in Japan). It’s a fun, central, laid back place where you can often hang out with locals, travelers, or the owners if they’re not too busy. Recommendations: cinnamon lattes, banana bread, and artichoke & melted cheese sandwiches.
Easily the best coffee to be found in Kanazawa.... probably Japan... and possibly the world! Seriously though, a delightful and delicious roast, warm cozy atmosphere, tasty treats and lunch items. All around a fantastic place to start or end your day :)
