AMAZING TEPPANYAKI
I took my husband for his birthday as a surprise and we were treated like royalty.
The service was attentive, professional yet friendly and we were accommodated with everything we asked for.
We had the expensive set menu of 6 courses and it was worth every cent.
Try the garlic rice, it’s so full of flavour.
The wagyu beef was cooked to perfection.
The view beyond the hot plate was magic with the snow.
For dessert, staff created a beautiful message and all staff came out and sang happy birthday.
It was a special occasion for us and the amazing staff and chef did not let us down.

Not one for in-hotel dining, but Pirka was quite the pleasant surprise. The foie gras, lobster with the perfect béchamel-like uni sauce, and Hokkaido sirloin were incredible, even beyond similar dishes offered at some starred restaurants. We practically wiped every plate clean.
