The owner Mr. Yamamoto and his staff are the best! They are so passionate about their cheese, with big dreams to make the best of the best. You should stop by just to have a taste and to talk to them. They also have a eat-in area for wine, cheese, prosciutto and more! 山本さんとスタッフの熱意に感動！チーズも全て美味しく、自家製ヨーグルトも最高！絶対、札幌に行く度に会いに行かせていただきます。こんなにパッションのあるスタッフの皆さまが販売されているチーズは間違いなし。
