どちらかと言うと、喉越しの良い麺で、昔から祖父母の家で親戚が集まった時に「たらいうどん」を作って食してました。個人的には、夏場の暑い時に販売している細麺も大好きです！！ (^_^)v

子供の頃から食べつけている地粉うどん、コシは弱い麺を買って帰って各家庭で茹でて食べる食べ方は、釜揚げうどんがいちばんつけダシは椎茸と醤油がベースとにかく美味い！
