私の知る限り岡崎で一番美味しい蕎麦が食べられます。越前蕎麦です。信州蕎麦より繊細で抜群に旨いです。一杯ヤった後に〆の蕎麦が良いですね。ここでしか味わえない八丁味噌の蕎麦味噌で熱燗キュッ…が堪りません。
