国道から一本山側に入った道沿いにあります。ドライブの途中で寄って見ました。パンは個人の好みもありますが、フィンランドのホテルで食べたパンの味、硬さが似ていたとても懐かしくなりました。素朴さと味わいがいいと思います。

30種類の天然酵母と道産小麦を使った安全で素朴なパンを作っているそうです。噛めば噛むほど小麦の味わいが深い美味しいパンです。イーストパンも作っています。

天然酵母のパン屋さんです。素朴な味で、食べ飽きしない御飯のようなパンですね。大量生産のパンとは一線をかくしているとおもいます。一度は食してみて下さい

無添加のパンが最高に美味しい！気さくなマスターも素敵です！国道から見える、大きな「パン」という看板が印象的です！
