5 stars. My apartment is a 30 seconds walk from Hottogisu so I am very lucky :). These guys are top 5 best shops in Tokyo. Walker magazine rated them #1 for 2016 and they deserve it. I recommend all travelers to try this place because it is a very unique type of ramen that you will NEVER find in the US or anywhere else (opening a chain in Canada though?). The soup is a base of soy sauce and clams...it's light, the noodles have a perfect chew. NO ONE LEAVES without finishing their whole bowl. See for yourself!
