オーナーの方が以前、同じ渋谷の宮益坂にある4階建てのラーメン屋さんで働いていたことを知って嬉しく思いました。私はよくそこに通っていました。味はもちろん美味しいですが、おしゃれで雰囲気もよく、香辛料一つにもこだわりが感じられて良かったです。 BGMまでセンスがあっているだけで気分が良くなります！

A cozy place just outside the busy Shibuya center, hosts only a handful of people and serves superb tori paitan ramen (thick chicken broth). They have an English menu and they speak English so I was spared the usual "quickly guess what each item on the vending machine is" game and I could order exactly what I wanted :-). Basically everybody but me were eating tsukemen (cold dipping noodles) but I went for the usual and boy, I was not disappointed. Amazing meal, super friendly atmosphere, this visit will be among the fondest I'll have from Japan!
