We had one of our favorite experiences in Japan meeting the chef of this kitchen! The food is lovingly crafted as a fusion of Greek, English, and Japanese flavors. We absolutely loved this cafe. We had a mixture of things but we were blown away by the scone. It was buttery smooth and perfectly baked. It was unbelievable. Had we been staying in Kofu longer, I would have gone back every day. The food is phenomenal. The chef is wonderfully hospitable and so kind and fun to talk to. We are so excited to come back the next time we are in Japan!
