工房蕎麦小屋さん函館で蕎麦なら！！😊 料理　4 接客　4 雰囲気　4 函館で蕎麦を食べるならこちらがオススメかと！！😊 季節の天ぷらやワサビの蕎麦等どれもハズレなしですね！！スタッフさんにオススメ等聞いても親切に教えてくれます！！ご馳走様でした！😊 また伺います！！

とある機会に訪ねました。全国津々浦々そば工房は点在し、それぞれに味を競います。信州戸隠は蕎麦のお店が軒を連ね、九州熊本の小国では蕎麦街道に軒を連ねる蕎麦の味を楽しむことができます。新潟小千谷のへぎ蕎麦も一度食べたら忘れられません。蕎麦の好みとこだわりは人それぞれだと思いますが、北海道亀田郡七飯町仁山の蕎麦小屋の蕎麦はコシ、歯ざわり、香り、喉越しの良さでお客を惹きつける絶品蕎麦だと思います。

冷やしたぬき蕎麦＆にしん蕎麦（温）をいただく。両蕎麦ともに手打ちのコシ、風味、舌触り良好。にしん蕎麦は、タレに鰊の出汁も➕され格別。ログハウス風の建物も雰囲気があって良いが、店主＆従業員の接客も心地良い。少々時間をかけてでも行って損はないお店である。
